Refund Policy

Change or cancel an order

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, please e mail us on info@hairemporium.co.uk or contact our Customer Services team for advice on 02380 970180 between 9 am and 5:30, Monday to Saturday.

Returns procedure

Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised by you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion.
